Iintroduction:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our cutting-edge software solutions. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving the success of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Opportunity Identification:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market segments.
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Create value proposition for our company.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on fit and potential.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures.
Negotiate terms and agreements to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaboration and Reporting:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and messaging.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of successful software sales and business development.
Strong understanding of software products and technology trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Must have experience in acquiring clients in USA, Europe & UK.
