Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.

Explain to the customers about the products, their features, and benefits.

Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.

Take the lead and be proactive by reaching out to potential customers through engaging sales calls.

Go for the site visits with the clients and show them relevant properties.

Closes new business deals by co-ordinating requirements, and developing and negotiating contracts.

Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives.

Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.

Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.

Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.

Create and update listings, mailers of available properties.

Cold calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.

Generate meetings, visits & sale target monthly.

Handle market related activities such as promotional activities, site visits, outdoor marketing.

Building and maintaining relations for potential customers for real estate, doing the primary research of market and keeping the sales team updated of internal knowledge.

Organizing events for generating the leads for getting the prospects.

Presenting the projects to clients negotiating with the clients.

Contacting potential leads, and informing them about our product or service.

To do outgoing calls to customers through the Leads assigned.

End-to-end client management on calls & meetings

Arranging weekly customer site visit.

Negotiating and closing the deal.

Building and maintaining relationships with corporate customer.

Monitoring market trends to identify new business.

Can do corporate presentations to top executives

Understand customer needs/ requirements and educate them accordingly.

Ability to arrange meetings &make it into conversion and complete the target (Depend upon Profile to profile)

Give the presentation to the clients about the projects resolve their queries on the same.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent communication and should have professional sales skills.

Should have good command on English and Hindi language.

Industry preferred – Real Estate / Any.

Hands on knowledge of excel, word, ppt etc.

Experience: 6 Months - 3 yrs

CTC- 20K - 35K plus incentives(35K - if candidate is excellent & experienced).

Female candidate preferred

Vehicle is mandatory

Laptop is mandatory

Immediate joiners.

Well groomed.

Strong customer service skills.
