Title: Business Development Executive (BDE/BDA) – EdTech Sales (B2C)

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in EdTech B2C sales. The ideal candidate will counsel learners, convert leads into enrollments, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive B2C sales through inbound and outbound calls
• Understand learners’ requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Convert leads into successful enrollments through follow-ups and counselling
• Maintain a high conversion ratio and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
• Manage leads efficiently using CRM tools
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure smooth onboarding
• Provide regular sales updates, performance reports, and pipeline forecasts

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech B2C Sales (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills
• Fluency in any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) or Marathi
• Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
