Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at KBA Systems, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited professional experience who is passionate about sales, marketing, and building meaningful connections.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads, market trends, and customer needs.
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present our products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop effective sales strategies.
Assist in creating compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Enthusiasm for sales and building client relationships.
Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Any relevant internship or project experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
