The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for Business Development in the designated area / geography.

Develop new customer

Development Products as per Market opportunity

Gathering market and customer information

Responsibility is the Sales of products manufactured by Company, in a given designated area / geography, to customers as per the norms laid by the company in terms of process, price and quality.

Visiting potential customers to prospect new business

Improve market knowledge to identify potential new customers

Create environment of credibility for company, so as to make existing customers refer new customers / new opportunities

Responsible to collect remittances from customers as per agreed in terms.

Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events

Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition

Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities

Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
• 10+ years B2B sales experience
• 4+ years in leadership sales position
• Track record of superior performance metrics
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
• High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
• Capacity to work independently
• Passion and drive
• Note: Knowledge in writing instrument will be added advantage
