Role Brief:
One of our clients is looking for a Business Development Manager. This is for their HR vertical. The person coming in will be responsible for building and scaling the HR business in India. The target segment will be the startups.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities in the Indian market for the permanent hiring service and complete HR service for startups (HR Outsourcing). Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies. Develop and implement the business development plan to strategize and achieve the set objectives and revenue targets.
Strategic Partnerships:
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including HR leaders, C-suite executives, founders etc. Expand the client base and market presence through networking and partnerships.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and onboard startups, mid-sized organizations, and corporates in India for our Talent Acquisition Service (permanent hiring). Onboard international clients who are setting up remote/offshore teams in India. Identify and onboard startups and mid-sized organizations in India for the complete HR service
Sales Leadership:
Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive strategies. Drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide feedback to the internal team to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
