Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Jaipur location. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research to identify new revenue streams, and fostering partnerships with prospective clients. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of IT and digital solutions.

Qualifications
• Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and negotiating contracts
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in the IT industry, including knowledge of custom app development, website design, AI solutions, and digital marketing
• Strategic thinking, market research, and business strategy development skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics platforms will be an advantage
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related fields
• Ability to work in an on-site setting in Jaipur, fostering team collaboration and client engagement
