Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.

Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify new customers
• Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
• Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
• Responsible to achieve Individual’s Sales Target.
• Generating high quality Outbound leads through secondary research.
• Managing Inbound leads and converting queries to prospective clients thru Chat process.
• Working closely with the Account Managers to understand client’s requirement and designing right solutions as per client’s need.
• Work closely with management at all levels of a client's organization to determine the correct blend of Syndicated market research, Online Database and provide custom consulting that are necessary for reaching client's business objectives.
• Responsible for handling end-to-end sales cycle and Pipeline Management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-4 years' experience
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Possess excellent Inter-personal skills.
• Must possess strong grasping skills, creative approach, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multi-task
