Overview: Client is seeking a seasoned business head to lead our sales efforts for automotive components, parts, and raw materials. As the IBusiness Head, you will drive sales growth, expand market presence, and foster strong customer relationships across Indian markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven sales leadership skills, industry expertise, and a track record of success in the OEM/Automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for Automotive components/parts/raw materials in Indian markets.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market reach and penetrate untapped markets.

5. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with customers and partners to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting key insights, opportunities, and challenges.

8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks related to sales activities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on OEM or Automotive Industry.

- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing international sales teams in a competitive market environment.

- Deep understanding of the automotive components, parts, and raw materials, including market dynamics, pricing trends, and supply chain considerations.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets, delivering value to customers, and driving continuous improvement.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
