As the Finance and Business Manager in our Corporate Team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job Responsibilities :
Ownership of end to end financial and business management topics - Forecasting, Budgeting, Location Strategy, Spend governance and analytics
Ensuring adherence to all Tech Finance and Business Management financial targets and OKR metrics
Partner with tech / product teams, Conduct regular meetings and discussions to ensure a smooth functioning and regular monitoring of the forecast in the system so that they are maintained up to date. Proactively address customer needs & propose possible solution to problems
Participate actively in advising the clients on tower queries and provide transparency of cost enablers to the Tower leads
Liaising with Other Tech leads on allocation reviews and analytics
Continually evolve the analytics and data presentations to enable fast and accurate decision making
Executive presence and a thought leader able to influence and advocate for their views ,s trong expertise in business strategy, strategic frameworks, qualitative and quantitative analysis
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
12+ years of experience primarily in Business & Stakeholder Management, Location strategy, Headcount governance & Program Management
Experience working in Financial Services/Product organization / projects is preferred, but not a must
Ability to work across wider organization with virtual teams and across hierarchies
Strong expertise with collaboration tools like MS Excel pivots & macros, VBA, Confluence and Sharepoint
Ability to clearly story board executive Power point presentations
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure; Ability to prioritize requests and multi-task on time sensitive multiple requirements
Support our agile roadmap, identifying new practices, and building new tools, capabilities, and processes to enhance operations (e.g., dashboards, automation strategies, etc.)
