Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing
• Order Management Support / End-to-End Support in Business Operation.
• Creation of Orders (Sales Order / Purchase Order) Internal Application.
• Creation for customer/vendor in internal/EBS application.
• Order Amendments (Sales Order / Purchase Order (EBS))
• Adhere to the SOP / Compliance guidelines in the assigned work process.
• Team collaboration
• Process improvisations

What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Order management.
• Order Management experience in handling day-to-day workload.
• On hand working experience on ERP tool (EBS)
• End-to-End Supply chain process knowledge.
• Ensuring an appropriate flow in compliance with SOP.
• knowledge of expedite / Warehouse Support.
• Customer service Knowledge with Vendor Management Inventory Process.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PPT preparation, and presentation skills.
• Working experience on Power BI tool and analytics.
• Should be forthcoming and manage independently.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external parties.
• Fluent in communication in English (Communication & Verbal).
• Open to work in rotational shifts (Including night).
• Acceptance to work on all National and Public holidays.
• Any full-time graduates.
• Immediate joiner Preferred.
