Responsibilities:
• To manage inbound and outbound calls of our US clients in a timely manner.
• To identify & access the client’s needs, clarify information and provide appropriate solution to client’s concern.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Coordinating with US team and maintaining the records as required.
• Assisting Hiring Team (If required)

Skill:
• Previous experience in a customer support role (US client handling)
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Candidate need to keep on the shift timings as required by company.
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills. Adaptability and accountability.
• Candidate must have a laptop with good internet speed (At least 10 Mbps)

Requirements:

Qualification – Minimum Graduate required

Experience – 1-2 years experience (Freshers are also welcome)

Preferred – Fluent English & Writing

Salary – 18k – 20k

Ready to work in Night Shift(Rotational Shifts)

Business systems analysts are responsible for the analysis, adjustment and restructuring of different aspects of a business. It is a business systems analyst's responsibility to ensure that a business’s structure is meeting top output efficiency. Business system analysts work closely with individuals at all levels of employment to see what is and isn't working in the most efficient manner possible. They are responsible for interacting with and addressing employees at all levels in a professional manner while providing constructive criticism that is conducive to the restructuring of current systems. Travel may be required in order to gain a more ******** understanding of current methods of conducting business. Business systems analysts are responsible for identifying and addressing current and future business needs within the realms of currently accessible resources. They are responsible for advising on the allocation of resources in such a way that minimizes waste and maximizes efficient use and profitability. Most work for business systems analysts is done off site and requires little to no physical activity beyond walking, standing, driving and talking. Their positions are ongoing requiring multiple follow ups on completed work and flexible availability for future consultation. Business systems analysts must have a functional understanding of software systems and at least fundamental understanding of software coding. They must be completely proficient in Microsoft Office and have interpersonal communication skills. Business system analysts must be prepared to address any concerns that arise during any restructuring of existing systems and adequately explain advantages and disadvantages to any stem changes made under their supervision.
