PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Launch of Respiratory Division in India

· Experience of PAN India coverage

· Responsible for sales force, marketing and training of team

· Manage and implement the marketing and communication programme.

· Competition mapping gather and analyze competitor product ranges pricing, sales data, changes in product positioning and recommend counter tactic and barrier.

· Ensure convenient availability of products and services to customers after identifying the distribution needs, managing and monitoring their stock, supply and service and appointment / review of distributors.

· Full P&L Coverage.

· Manage costs by devising optimum account coverage plans, marketing initiatives and controlling expenses of team members

· Monitor the market conditions and competitor activities on an ongoing basis.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

· 15 to 20 years in industry and 6-8 years in similar capacity in a Pharma company
