Cabinet Shop - General Labor

We are currently looking to fill a position in our General Labor role you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, have great attention to detail, and take pride in the work you do.

There is never a dull moment, as each cabinet is custom. Attention to detail, cabinet construction knowledge, professionalism and quick thinking are essential.

Responsibilities and duties may include:

Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly through the workday.
Load cabinets and cabinet components into trailers.
QC built cabinetry, wrap and package and prepare for loading.
Pay attention to deadlines and key timings.
Keep manufacturing areas free of debris and dirt.
Locate parts, tag them with identifying text and numbers, and record information such as gauge readings (in metric), time tracking, and material usage.
Assist with quality control by reporting defective products.
Clean, inspect, and sort doors by size.
Follow layouts and checklists for specific hinging requirements.
Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, 40 hours per week.
Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing environment helpful
Ability to lift large cabinets with assistance
Experience with woodworking/construction projects preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Pay: $1+.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience.
