Duties and Responsibilities

Produce accurate CAD drawings and models based on engineering specifications and requirements.
Assist engineers with design layouts, plans, and schematics.
Revise and modify existing drawings as needed based on feedback and project requirements.
Maintain and update CAD libraries and documentation for future use.
Ensure that all CAD drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
Communicate effectively with engineers, developers, and other project stakeholders.
Manage and organize project files and documentation.
Review project specifications and technical details to ensure design accuracy and completeness.
Job Requirements / Qualifications

A degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of MEP design experience is preferred.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of engineering principles, drafting standards, and design practices for MEP systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Previous experience in a similar role in an MEP engineering consultant firm is a plus.
