A reputed company in Gurgaon is looking for a Team Lead -sales for a full-time basis.
Role Description-Team Lead
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Lead to manage a high-performing sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong data skills, people management experience, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
● Data Handling & Analysis: Work on reports, dashboards, and team performance data. Should be comfortable using Excel (basic to advanced level).
● Analytical Skills: Ability to look at team and customer data, identify patterns, and suggest solutions or improvements.
● Team Management: Manage a team of 10+ members. Responsible for their performance, development, and daily coordination
.● Escalation Handling: Be the go-to person for handling client/customer escalations and resolving them in a timely and professional manner
.● Auditing Skills: Conduct regular audits of calls, leads, or tickets to maintain quality and compliance standards.
● Attrition Management: Monitor team morale and proactively manage engagement to reduce attrition.

Qualifications & Experience:
● Graduation or MBA in any field

● Prior experience from contact/ call centre and customer-focused environment is a plus.
