Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at our Ajmer location. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining records and files, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. You will also assist with data entry, phone etiquette, and ensure efficient office operations. Qualifications • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Clerical skills, including organizing and managing files • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records • Proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
