Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner within our court case management stream. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex and high-risk individuals who have committed offenses, conducting risk assessments, preparing case plans and providing interventions to support individuals in successfully completing their court orders. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of predominantly complex and high-risk individuals
• Motivate and influence staff in best case management practice
• Produce written reports with appropriate analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Apply sound judgment in the identification and assessment of individual risk
• Develop and maintain relationships with cross-government and community-based stakeholders
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of best practice case management frameworks, including managing clients with complex presentations and conducting risk and needs assessments in a human services context.
• Ability to implement theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes.
• Demonstrated understanding and capability in leading, managing and developing staff responsible for operational service delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to pay attention to words, expression and body language, recognising behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion.
