Responsibilities:

Remove rubbish and tidy common areas

Distribute furniture

Restock kitchenware and bedding

Conduct assessments of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) to evaluate their condition, and initiate maintenance or repair work requests as necessary

Perform various other tasks as needed

Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

Strong team player with a proactive attitude

Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Comfortable using tablets or other devices to record information

IT competent

Own protective footwear (e.g., steel-toe boots)

Full driver’s license; van driving experience is preferred
