As Australia’s largest premium marina & hospitality network, we offer 13 prime marina locations, each delivering a quality service designed around exceptional care for vessels and first-class experiences for our members.
We currently have an opportunity for a casual Member & Guest Services Agent (mainly weekends) to join the team at d’Albora - East Coast Marina.
The Role:
At d’Albora, our members are our top priority. Every team member is dedicated to maintaining our premium standards and providing exceptional experiences to members & guests. The Member & Guest Services Agent is the first port of call for training, reservations and enquiries.
The primary responsibilities of this role will include:
Ensure members & guests are contacted in a timely manner to provide support with on-boarding process.
Welcome and advise new members about d’Albora facilities and benefits.
Assist Marinas to onboard new berthing members & guests through our Marina database and various other d’Albora systems, ensuring accurate data recording.
Seek and respond to member & guest feedback with a view to continually improving the member & guest experience.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:
Minimum 2+ years' experience in customer facing roles.
Thorough knowledge of WHS issues relevant to work activities and work area.
Exceptional member & guest service and communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Confident working independently, but also enjoys working in a team environment.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
An interest for the boating & marine lifestyle.
Marine industry experience is preferred but not essential.
Australian Residency / Work Rights in Australia is essential.
