Full Job Description
Need People from Diagnostics/Pharma/Allied Industry/FMCG
Appointment and rollout of Distribution partners in all DHQ | > 1 lk towns | > 50K
pop markets in the given territory as per the Infra criteria handbook
Achievement of revenue targets with extensive build up of visibility of the brand
through camps at high footfall locations / conversion of labs / hospitals / institutes /
key Drs in the select markets
Develop monthly plans to increase sales revenues by analysing market, competition
and relevant reports
Manage Partners to drive the basic distribution parameters such as Channel profit
and Channel satisfaction
To ensure required distributor manpower is on board, To ensure training to the
distributor manpower
Rollout of partner portal / rolling advance / HVT app and other best practices as laid
out by MHL from Day one of operation
Execution of key distribution strategies and plans as laid out for the geography.
Tracking client (labs / hospitals / institute) wise performance & increase counter
share.
Benchmarking competition and ensure mark to market performance.
Regular market working as per distribution norms. Monitor governance of distributor
operations as per the policy of the company.
Build Operation efficiencies, Development, Coaching & Retention of partner
employees and partner
Cross functional interaction / working for operational efficiencies with all internal /
external stakeholders
Demonstrate MHL Way of working as per the value norms defined from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
