About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the legal head regarding various meetings and legal aspects

2. Organizing, preparing agendas for, and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs)

3. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries

4. Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and advising members of the legal, governance, accounting, and tax implications of proposed policies

5. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors

6. Preparation and maintenance of secretarial records of companies

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 2nd Nov'23 and 7th Dec'23

3. are available for duration of 24 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR ₹ 8,000-10,000 /month
