Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized, and assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
The Chef De Partie will also be responsible for managing and training junior chefs and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Qualifications
• Experience in a similar role as a Chef De Partie or Sous Chef
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage junior chefs
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is a plus
