One of our client, a Real Estate firm is looking for a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities:
• The role will entail responsibility for Human Capital Management for the organization.
• The incumbent will be responsible for building a culture which balances high performance and nurtures values enabling healthy interpersonal interactions and meaningful employee engagements.
• A critical responsibility will be to create an engaging workplace through open communication, personalized support, flexible learning, new employee orientation which are important steps towards improving employee morale and productivity.
• The incumbent would be expected to present the organization from an HR perspective in its various interactions with promoters and investors and leadership of the firm.
• To act as a sounding board and be able to give guidance and consultation on matters related to human capital.
• One of the key deliverables of the incumbent would be in recruitment of mid to senior level talent for the organization as well as add value to the process of talent acquisition.
• The incumbent would be expected to know the intricacies related to compensation and benefits structures.
• The incumbent will have an oversight of the HR processes of review and performance appraisal, 360- degree feedback and other systems which are currently operational. The output of the review process would get used as a feed for individual career planning and career pathing and needs to be translated into a yearly training plan.
• The role would be responsible to ensure HR compliance.
• The incumbent will be in the panel ensuring smooth working of the Internal Complaint Committee to provide a platform to employees to voice their grievances.
• Above all, the incumbent will maintain a culture where employees feel safe and secure as well as motivated and empowered to bring forth their talents and deliver world class services.

Requirements:
• 20+ years of experience,
• preference of working in a promoter driven firm
• Preferably from the real estate space
