Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short and longterm objectives developed in tandem with top management
• Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with CCO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for nearterm growth targets
• Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability
• Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on local laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
• Work with internal as well as external legal counsel when necessary to address legal issues.
• Liaise with banks for financing needs and maintain banking relationships.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Work with the company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements and filings.
• Work with external liaisoning parties for getting (and renewing) necessary permissions and licenses for the various sites in the country labs, test center and factories.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, including administration, operations and finance.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations in India.
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
• Proficiency in MS Office and tools
