Chief Operating Officer

Help the board to define OKR (Objectives and Key Results) to reach organizational goals through identifiable and measurable results.
• Improve and stabilize the Operating Profit Margin above 25%
• Improve and stabilize service offerings from internal organizations Human Resources, IT Operations, Marketing/Sales and Finance.
• Prepare and review reports with the board to improve operational efficiencies, earnings reporting and growth roadmap.
• Create and maintain an echo system which promotes talent retention and acquisitions
• Improve and maintain consistent quality in deliverables
• Building and maintaining new service offerings to expand client account growth potential
• Identify and build leadership programs to promote future leaders of the company.
• Governing delivery, support operations (HR, TA, IT, Admin) of the company
• Preparing and presenting reports to the Chief Executive Officer/Board
• Working closely with the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on all matters related to the business
• Employee Performance Management - Performing employee reviews and developing corrective action plans if needed
• Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth along with CBO, Head of Delivery.
• Working with the executive team to set company performance goals
• Cultivating and providing opportunities for rising talent within the organization
• Enabling and establishing the 7 Core Values of the Company in true spirit
• Working closely with the Technology Office to build competencies
• Overall 25 years of experience with major contribution towards delivery leadership and COO roles preferably in IT services industry
