Location Gurgaon, India
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer
Salary - INR 24-36 Lakhs per annum

Scope Of The Role
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and drive growth, efficiency and profitability. He/ She must ensure that all major business functions are aligned with the organisational strategic goals.
This role also involves overseeing key operational areas and collaborate with CEO in setting and driving operational growth strategy aligned with organisational vision and international expansion plans.
Key Accountabilities
Oversee and Manage Cross Functional Departments across the organisation
Identify Opportunities for Business Expansion and Stay updated with Industry
Trends and Best Practices to drive innovation and operational excellence
Design and Implement Business Strategies and Plans in line with Organisation Strategic Goals and International Growth.
Identify and Mitigate Risk to ensure organisation is protected from potential
disruptions
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organisation to monitor business growth, operational efficiency, productivity
and performance
Develop Robust Internal Control System to Safeguard the Companys Assets
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirement across all
operational areas and take necessary actions where-ever required.
Implement Process to improve customer/ client satisfaction, reduce the
response time and resolve issues tactfully.
Responsible for achievement of Organisational Revenue Goals and Profitability targets.
Competencies
Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
Relevant Experience in developing Business Plans and Strategies specific to
Event Management Industry. Preferably Professional Conference Organising
Industry.
Strong Client Management and People Management Skills
High Level of Integrity, Accountability and Analytical Skills
Must Possess Extensive Knowledge of various departments across the
organisation
Multi-Tasking, Problem Solving Attitude and Strong Business Acumen to
make sound and informed decision
Strong Attention to Detail and Ability to Handle Confidential Information
Robust Financial analytical skills to take informed and quick decisions
Eligibility and Education
Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant industry including Business Head Level experience
MBA or equivalent
