Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our chiropractic office. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our practice, creating a welcoming environment for patients while ensuring the front office runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, from scheduling appointments and handling billing to managing patient records and supporting the chiropractor and clinical staff.

Duties

Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and provide information about services.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining patient records and updating files as necessary.
Handle administrative duties including filing, typing, and organizing documents to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space to create a professional environment for patients and staff.
Assist chiropractors during patient treatments by preparing necessary equipment and ensuring patient comfort.
