Known for their commitment to delivering outstanding service and a seamless claims process, they are seeking a meticulous and motivated Claims Services Admin Assistant to join their team.
The Role
As a Claims Services Admin Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring that claims are handled with precision and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Accurate Case Management: Recording case information accurately on the Claims Management System.
• Client Interaction: Collecting client details and necessary information to assess their eligibility to pursue a claim.
• Compassionate Handling: Engaging with a diverse range of individuals, including those who may be distressed, and addressing their concerns with sensitivity.
• Efficient Claims Processing: Ensuring claims are processed swiftly by obtaining relevant documentation and conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
• Data Management: Collating and managing data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communication: Handling incoming emails and maintaining effective communication with all relevant teams.
• Confidentiality: Safeguarding confidentiality and exercising discretion when dealing with sensitive information or enquiries.
• Additional Duties: Performing any other tasks as required by the Management Team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Educational Background: Ideally, you are either working towards or have completed a law degree.
• Professionalism: Consistently demonstrating a professional and responsible attitude.
• Team Collaboration: Capable of achieving results as part of a busy and dynamic team.
• Organisational Skills: Able to organise and prioritise your workload to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, able to engage with a wide variety of people.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail when recording information on systems.
• Commercial Awareness: An understanding of the commercial environment in which you operate.
• Technical Proficiency: Confident in using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Positive Attitude: A positive, proactive mindset with a strong desire to improve and succeed.
