Job Title: Client Relationship Manager Job Location: Noida (Onsite) Experience: 3-5 Years Salary Range: Up to 5 LPA Job Summary: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your goal is to foster client loyalty, drive revenue growth, and promote the company's products or services. A Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in retaining clients, driving revenue, and contributing to the overall success of the company by ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and assess their needs and requirements. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the client base. • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of the company's products or services. • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations. Keep clients informed about company updates, promotions, and relevant industry trends. • Client Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs and goals of each client. Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions and offerings to meet those needs. • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments to address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely solutions. • Account Management: Monitor and manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and contract negotiations. • Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve products, services, and overall client experience. Proactively seek opportunities for improvement. • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention rates. Build strong, lasting relationships to prevent client churn. • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Provide support in creating proposals and presentations for clients. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. Generate reports to track progress and provide insights to management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities. • Knowledge of the industry and the company's products or services. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to client satisfaction. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
