This position will aid in requesting and receiving the event documents, build the event work order and continue working with the event host to prepare and execute the event
During the event this position will actively cater to the needs of the event host and participants
This position is customer facing and welcomes guests, anticipates and addresses the needs of each
Must be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team atmosphere

Assistant Event Coordinator for Defender Outdoors Clay Sports Ranch

Job Description:

Full Time- 35-45 Hours per week

Compensation: Hourly + Commission

Position Description: This position is perfect for the individual that is organized, forward thinking and loves to plan and execute events. Defender Outdoors Clay Sports Ranch host 125+ events each year ranging in size from 10 to 1000 attendees. Each event requires good communication, planning and a follow up post event.

This position requires a great deal of flexibility in availability, as some events start early in the morning and some last until late in the evening. Events are usually Wednesday to Sunday.

Prior to each event, this position will help organize all details with the Event Manager to assure that the Event is prepared. This position will aid in requesting and receiving the event documents, build the event work order and continue working with the event host to prepare and execute the event. During the event this position will actively cater to the needs of the event host and participants. This position is customer facing and welcomes guests, anticipates and addresses the needs of each.

Must be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team atmosphere.
