Your job will entail ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported. You will work directly with clients as well as oversee a team of Client Service Representatives. You will work in many different industries, including pharma, healthcare, insurance, and beyond.
The minimum education requirement for Client Servicing Managers is a graduate, though preference may be given to candidates with Master's degrees, particularly in business management or accounting. The most essential skills for you should be communication skills and analytical thinking skills, which enable you to build relationships with clients while thinking strategically about how to meet business goals.
Responsibilities:
Introduce our company and its services to leads given to you.
Maintain a detailed record of each lead and its status.
Interact with clients, understand their requirements and coordinate with the design team to get a proposal made.
Make presentations and quotations.
Go and meet the client and present the designs and gather feedback.
Work with the MD closely and handle all the tasks related to the MD office and his key clients
Travel for the show to oversee smooth execution
Handling and managing and keeping sale lead sheet updated
Calling sales leads and taking detailed brief and coordinating with design team and production team
Other key area to perform and take care is Recruitment, Admin, Sales, international operation, new business opportunity, production executing and setting up the organizational process
Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
