In the role of Coordinator (Customer Liaison Officer) you will coordinate the day-today operations of a team of Customer Liaison Officers (CLOs) to ensure a high level of customer and stakeholder satisfaction is maintained and that accurate information about the TransLink network, products and services is provided to customers through education and advocacy.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Issuing communications and briefings to the CLO team and managing the shared inbox, as well as HR duties including on boarding, rostering, and off boarding.
• Develop briefings, communicate feedback, develop, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate quality project outcomes and work instructions with a strategic use of CLOs to meet project objectives.
• Plan, implement and coordinate TransLink's attendance at community and special events included in the TransLink calendar.
• Maintain high quality performance under pressure, by prioritising and balancing workload and competing demands to ensure deadlines are met.
• Proactively provide support to the communications and marketing team on projects with a focus on community and special events which utilise the CLO workforce.

Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• Current Drivers Licence (C class)
• Participate in an on-call roster (as required)
• Undertake weekend work / overtime (as required)
Required skills and abilities:
• Coordinate and motivate a diverse and dispersed team across different work streams to deliver large workloads in challenging and ambiguous timeframes.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, as well as communication skills, both orally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders on complex matters.
• Develop, foster, and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal clients and external stakeholders.
• Actively work to understand customers and stakeholders and engage with customers in a respectful, friendly, and appropriate manner.

• Dealing with ambiguity
