his role is based in our Portfolio office in Gurgaon Sector-50. Job role is team management role for cluster of 12 hotels in + cities with over 1750 rooms. Contributing positively to commercial performance of the cluster.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Manage a team of 10-12 associates to bring efficiency
and support to hotels for complete reservation activity
Control room inventory, including allocation and
reservations for maximizing yield.
Participate in Revenue Management and Pricing calls
with trends and contribute to enhancing the commercial
performance of the cluster
Enforce inventory controls through existing processes.
What We Need From You
Minimum 5-7 years of experience of Independently
managing Reservations Dept in a Hotel or cluster.
Cluster Experience Will Be Added Advantage
Understanding of Reservation Processes
Quick Learner and ability to adapt
Data Analysis and presentations
Excellent Communication Skills
Commercial acumen
Team Management
