THE ROLE
Conduct color consultations with customers by providing expert advice on the streamlined selection process, available colors and materials, and interior design trends; enabling them to achieve their dream home
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their desired outcomes and exceed their expectations
Understand, explain, and adhere to developer guidelines (where applicable)
Utilize the visualization tool to enhance customer experience, providing the ability for them to visualize their selections
Ensure that colour documentation, and any subsequent variation requests, accurately detail the customer’s selections and are compliant with Domaine Homes’ policies
Stay up to date with product knowledge, standard inclusions, and upgrade options
Liaise with internal departments such as drafting, estimating, sales, and customer service in a timely manner to ensure a smooth process
Assist with the interior design presentations and administration for display homes, spec homes, offices, and showrooms
Maintain and order samples for the resource library, Sydney showroom, and Beresfield showroom
Liaise with external suppliers, where applicable
ABOUT YOU
Diploma of Interior Design or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the residential building industry
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD
Ability to read floor plans and construction drawings
High attention to detail, and ability to retain information about the inclusions and specifications on offer
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about interior design and meeting client's expectations
Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team, with a positive attitude towards peers and clients
Strong desire for growth and success
