We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will have

Strong legal writing skills

Proactive mindset with strong business and entrepreneurial sense

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution capabilities

Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines

Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service

Trial Experience Preferred, But Not Necessary
