Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef (Continental) at Baari in Kullu. The Commis Chef (Continental) is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Continental dishes, as well as maintaining the kitchen. They will work under the supervision and guidance of the Head Chef and the Sous Chef, and will be expected to adhere to all food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef in Continental Cuisine or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends and holidays
• Food safety and kitchen hygiene certification preferred
• Salary Range: 10,000-15000
