About our Role - We care about others

Community Support Workers offer services in our client's homes in both Aged Care & Disability. We focus on creating positive relationships with our clients and their families by supporting them through services such as domestic, social, medication and personal care.

Working as a valued member of our team, this role will provide you with security and flexibility in hours and days of work. Community Support Workers form meaningful and supportive relationships that brighten the life of our clients.

We are looking for casual staff members to work across the Illawarra region.

We also have Permanent Part-Time and Full-Time positions available, to suit your work-life balance.

We offer hourly rate, travel time between clients & kilometres on top of hourly rate.

Pay rates are between 37.26 and $3+.55 per hour depending on experience.

Our requirements to provide care

A Certificate III in a care related field or working towards - we can help you get trained (fee free course may be available)
A current First Aid certificate, Working with Children's Check and NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
A driver's licence with an insured vehicle
A genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others
A willingness to give, or experience in providing support to our Aged and Disability clients by assisting with their everyday needs and activities
A creative, personable and professional approach to the role
