Qualifications
This role requires prior accounting experience, along with strong knowledge of current law, regulations, and tax requirements
The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be highly organized, and know a significant deal about tax management
You should also know how to recommend best tax processes to their customers
Stellar bookkeeping abilities and superb accounting skills
Thorough understanding of current tax laws, rules, and regulations
Experience with UltraTax Software for C-Corps and S-Corps tax returns, or similar
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online
Knowledge of accounting software packages such as Intuit Pro Series Tax Software for 1040, 1041 & 1065 Tax Preparation, or similar
Deep analytical thinking skills for solving difficult problems
Close attention to detail and accuracy
High degree of computer literacy
Significant experience overseeing an organization’s tax documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities

Our client is an established accounting firm in Plano, TX specializing in personal and business tax preparation/consultations, payroll, tax planning, bookkeeping, etc. They are searching for a qualified tax accountant to jon their team.
