Controlled Documents Coordinator
Permanent Full Time
Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora Waitematā District
Are you looking for a new challenge or career change? If you have experience working in an administrative role we would love to hear from you.
The Corporate Quality and Risk Team is seeking a Controlled Documents (policies/procedures) Coordinator to join the Team and manage the controlled documents process ensuring that they are developed, published, distributed and stored in line with controlled document best practice. This ensures that Waitematā District staff have accessible information at all times to assist them in providing high quality care and service delivery to our community.

The successful candidate will be computer literate and proficient in the use of computer programmes and databases including Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word, Excel; SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat. Attention to detail is an absolute must. An understanding of document management systems is desirable, however not essential as training will be given on all aspects of the role.
You will have the following, preferably in a healthcare environment, although this is not essential:
A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience in an office administration environment
Experience of working in a busy organisation with high demands
Provided one to one or group training
You will also need a positive can-do attitude, have excellent communication skills, be culturally aware and strive for positive outcomes.
The advertised role is full time and is based at North Shore Hospital.
