Controller of Accounting Processes

We are seeking an experienced Controller of Accounting Processes to join our team at Rippling. As a key member of our Accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining a controlled financial environment that meets our business, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting obligations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and general ledger accounting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles, company policies, and India Accounting principles for India Statutory compliance
• Drive automated solutions that enable better efficiency and process improvement
