The Role:



The Coordinator Capability and Culture works within a small team to undertake a range of initiatives and projects to enhance the department's people and organisational capability and culture.





Essential requirements for this role:



Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of a range of human resources and/or organisational development strategies.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and providing advice to managers and staff on a range of human resources policies, programs and initiatives.
