Responsibilities

This position is responsible for producing and disseminating written documents and correspondence for Event Sales Managers in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
This position is responsible for managing electronic files, daily reporting and inquiries
This position is familiar with social events, hotel standards and thus assist in communication with clients and hotel staff on behalf of managers as necessary
They build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients and hotel team members
This position provides hands-on assistance to meet client requests or pop up needs in a timely manner
Support Event Sales Managers by producing and distributing written documents and correspondence
Manage electronic files, handle daily reporting, and promptly respond to inquiries
Communicate effectively with clients and hotel staff on behalf of managers when necessary
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
Provide hands-on assistance to meet client requests and urgent needs promptly
