Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for leading and managing HR-related projects within a company. Will play a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives, process improvements, and organizational changes. Also will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and HR stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Strategy: • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations. • Align HR projects with the company's strategic goals and HR initiatives. • Project Execution and Monitoring: • Lead project teams and coordinate activities to ensure timely project execution. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. • Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management. Process Improvement and Change Management: • Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and automation. • Develop change management plans and facilitate the adoption of new HR processes or technologies. • Support communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed about project changes and benefits. Stakeholder Management • Engage with HR stakeholders and senior management to understand project requirements and expectations. • Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders. • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project outcomes and stakeholder needs. Risk Management: • Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. • Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Project Evaluation and Documentation: • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference. • Prepare project reports and presentations for management review. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in HR or related fields. • Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and employment laws. • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. • Change management expertise to navigate organizational transformations. • Proficient in project management tools and software
