We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced CRC Coffee Specialist to join our Nespresso CRC Team, located in Rhodes. Reporting to the CRC Team Leader, you will act as a brand ambassador to endeavour to improve customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. You will elevate customer experience with functional and behavioural expertise, creating brand engagement and loyalty.

Handle customer requests from multiple touchpoints, while adhering to Nespresso brand quality and compliance standards.
Provide exceptional service in-line with Nespresso’s brand values and ensure appropriate follow-ups and customer care.
Build rapport with customers, by understanding customer needs and histories to offer relevant solutions
Analyse customer profiles to anticipate future issues, and identify sales opportunities based on customer needs.
Engage in providing overall feedback to improve existing workflows and develop innovate solutions for process enhancements.
Understand the business as a whole and be able to provide customer interactions across all mediums. This includes staying informed about Nespresso products and services to identify personal knowledge gaps.
Convey Nespresso brand story across all touchpoints to customers using appropriate language.
This role requires you to;
Be experienced in customer service or a sales environment.
Possess the ability to work across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, using different tools and software.
