Your Role:
As a Customer Service Call Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This casual role offers flexible shifts between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, based at our Greenwich Clinic on the lower North Shore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of calls with warmth and professionalism
- Accurately and swiftly direct calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, courteous, and compassionate approach
- Strong verbal communication and telephone skills
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to manage tasks accurately
- Commitment to privacy and confidentiality
- A caring, empathetic attitude toward a diverse range of patients
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate within our multidisciplinary team
