CHARGE ZONE is a tech-driven EV Charging infrastructure company specializing in B2B and B2C charging services on both dedicated and opportunity based charging using smart-grid network. We provide services in renewable energy solutions, product development, and software engineering. CHARGE ZONE is on a mission to establish 1,00,000+ charging stations across important markets of EVs in India for cars, buses and even trucks.
Responsibilities:
1)Attend customer calls to providing product and service information, esp ChargeZone App, ChargeZone Express, ChargeCloud, etc.
2)Attend customer calls to Assist with EV Charging-related issues, orders, refunds etc.
3)Monitor Charging Network to be up and running.
4)Take ownership on resolution of customer issues.
5)Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
6)Make proactive calls to customers for service information, survey, feedback.
7)Ensure adherence to the defined timelines for the resolution of customer’s queries.
8)Adherence to the escalation matrix to highlight issues to respective customer complaints.
+)Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
10)Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM to maintain complete trails of the interactions received
Requirements:
1)The candidate should have Good Communication skills in English & Hindi.
2)Experience in Customer relationship / Customer retention
3)Should be pleasant and empathetic while interacting with customers
4)Has attention to detail to analyze the issue of the Customer
5)Adaptability - should be flexible to adapt to changing scenarios and regulatory framework
6)Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
7)Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
8)Self-motivated to achieve quality and service results
+)The candidate should be well versed with MS office.
10)The candidate should come with Good Communication skills and handling grievances is the essence of this profile.
Educational and Professional Background
1)Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream, computers preferable)
2)Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Care profile
3)Good communication skills with proficiency in English & Hindi
4)Well versed with MS Office, Google Sheets, and conversant with CRM tools
5)Awareness about EV (Electric Vehicle) and EV Charging will be an added advantage.
