Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Civil Lines, Jaipur, and assist with calling customers to collect necessary documentation and verify the submitted documents. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information securely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients, ensuring their documents are accurate, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Conduct calls to customers to request and follow up on required documentation.
Explain the documentation requirements and guide customers through the submission process.
Provide clear and concise instructions on how to submit or upload documents correctly.
Document Verification:
Verify the authenticity and completeness of documents submitted by customers.
Cross-check documents against company requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure all documents are in the required format and follow company guidelines.
Customer Assistance:
Respond to customer queries related to document submission and verification processes.
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of calls made, document verification status, and updates to customer profiles.
Update customer information in the CRM or relevant systems as required.
Ensure all documents are securely stored and compliant with data protection policies.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
Adhere to all company policies regarding customer confidentiality and document handling.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding personal data.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or documentation verification is a plus.
Experience in a role that involves sensitive information handling will be considered an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to process information accurately.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer inquiries.
Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
Personal Traits:
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Knowledge of relevant documentation verification processes in [industry, e.g., finance, healthcare].
Experience working with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Data Privacy Act).
Working Conditions:
Working Days: Sunday to Saturday (3rd Saturday off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
