Key Responsibilities
• Work on being the first point of contact for all end-users (customers) looking for assistance and support while using the Wooqer platform. (Channels - Emails, calls, chats)
• Understand the client's need and recognize it as a support issue, service need, or knowledge gap to pipeline it further to closures.
• Ensure that the customers get timely (as per SLA) and high-quality (as per quality standards) assistance and resolutions to the problems raised as a permanent solution by cross-functioning with various vertices internally.
• Take measures to prevent the recurrence of such issues for this and other clients.
• Mapping the inbound query behaviour to analyze and give corrective measures input to the process and product team.
• Populating the knowledge base with newer articles so that incoming knowledge gaps (if any) are plugged and future clients can find answers on their own.
Requirement:
• 0.5-2 years of prior experience in customer-facing roles.
• The candidate should be from Btech, BCA, BE, BSc Computer Science
• Those who are from or are open to relocating to Bangalore and working from the office.
• Top-percentile analytical skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and tech savviness.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Capable of adopting 100% product knowledge and expertise
