We are looking to grow our Key Account Management Team with experienced client facing executives. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of domain experience.
Key roles and responsibilities:
• Ensuring the account and project KPIs are being met
• Daily and timely client updates on project performance
• Tracking the health of the project and sharing insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Driving achievement of project benchmarks and providing trackable solutions to beat expectations
• Suggest process improvements and align executions as per client expectations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and meet the timelines given by the client during execution
